I just got mine back after two days in for the seat and I had two of the vinyl aplic on the doors peeling. The seat they sent to and upholstery shop and they took it apart, and re-sewed the piece that was rippled, feels alot firmer than before or my passenger seat and looks great, smells like they used new leather cause I have that new leather smell in the vehicle again, ventilation works great and I don't have the plastic sound under it like before time will tell, try to put a pic up later.

I haven't seen anyone who has tears in their seat like mine.
Under the perforated material there is an impenetrable grey foam that does not let air pass though - so much for ventilated seats, huh?

For those of you waiting on a new seat cover.
The one ordered for my truck came in Friday 2/12/10. Pensacola, Fl.
Same seat cover from the same place in Mexico. Same MFG. Same same.
Going to have it installed Friday 2/29/10.
Have to go out of state for a day.
Said they would need it all day for the RRT's and recalls. Another rental.
A fellow named Mike Farrow from Chrysler has been calling me. Says he is very aware of the seat cover problems some of us are having.
Not enough folks having the problem to do anything about it.

blue I was someone in the past who questioned this whole issue and I have rethought my opinion. You are 100% correct this is unacceptable, especially after seeing the pics of the ripped seats. Thank you for taking the lead on this and making this situation one that we all can have some back up on.
As you know we have all recevied surveys on our seats and I am sure that is the product of you taking the lead on this, again thanks!
I do have a request, can I get Mike Farrow's phone number? I want to talk to him about my seats, I think we ALL should call him.
