yes I got one via email. not sure how your trucks are setup but I have the bucket seats that are heated and cooled. the survey was 100% based on the seats and their performance, nothing else.

those who did not get the survey, did you get the previous survey on the ram 1500 they were looking to make an edition named after John wayne, if you didn't they may not have your email or maybe they are only doing a small survey of owners.

Been 1 week since my seat was fixed, still holding up, I am not babying it either, sliding in, with my wallet, etc. I would suggest seeing if your seat could be sent to a professional upholstery shop (fixed under warranty), have your dealer contact Arrigo Dodge in Tamarac Florida if they need more info. on the fix the uphostery shop did.

 

must be a select survey as I have the same seats but no survey... I have 13k on my truck and I see some wrinkling on the driver seat but not as bad as some of your seats. Hope it doesnt get worse though...

 

I dont have it either but I dont drive the truck much. I commute in a Prius and my wife works for an auto mfg so we drive her cars most of the time but yesterday it was an odd sunny day in the northwest and I noticed that the seat looked like it was a little less shiny in certain spots, almost like the finsh was wearing, that got me to thinking. I dont have the wrinkling thought but that may be because I have a big butt and my weight is distributed all the way across the seat

 

I haven't gotten a survey either - maybe because Chrysler knows I'm lemon-lawing my truck.

On another note, I just got a card that my seat cover is in. We'll see how this one holds up.

 

it has now happened to me....got a tear in my seat right where the other people's tear is exactly the same....looked like a cut till further inspection....and i only cruise in my truck dont even commute in it or anything. less than 9k miles....must be a record.......

 

The leather is in the seating area and the center of the back only as far as I can see on a Laramie I looked at. My Sport has cloth seats with Vinyl on the sides, i get in by putting a wooden board made for sliding from wheel chair to whereever. My seats still look like new, sure glad I did not even consider those seats. I was going to purchase a Minivan a couple years ago but I wanted leather, the deal was you had to buy from the lot anyway the dealershiip offered me all new Katzkin seats covers for 2000 for the whole minivan..so how much could it cost to replace a 18 by 15 or so swatch of leather in a seat. Would be cheaper than replacing the seats, maybe you should price it yourselves, I bet you would be surprised at the price. Then make Chrysler pay for it.........good luck peoples if the leather didn't crack I would say that is how it is but I gotta say that is not good. You will never see a recall no matter what you do unless you can make it a safety issue. But I do hope they fix this for you.

 

My truck just turned over 500 miles, and the drivers seat is already stretched...

 

my truck just has over 1000 km and it has stretch marks around the outsides of the seats. not to happy about it.
