for some reason when I type the last 8 digits and press ok, it takes me back to the Jeep front page again. Tried the same on the dodge.com site and the same happened. Any suggestions?
It was doing the same thing to me, just input the numbers and it will still say if your vin is included.
My VIN wouldn't go through either (it just returned me to the Jeep page). Then I remembered I had created an account on the Dodge.com owner's page right after buying the truck, so it had my VIN already saved in their system. If you have an account, log in and just click the "Recalls" link on the left menu and it should work.
Mine's recalled. '09 Laramie with the cooled seats - bought it 3-31-2009. The driver's seat fabric isn't as bad as some of the other posters here, but it definitely has some wrinkling.
managed to log on creating an account and yes, mine has the recall also luckily. As I mentioned some posts ago, my driver seat has three tears in it so I am glad it is covered.
Mine were ordered yesterday. Had anyone seen what the covers look like without the stitching at the front? Will they still match the rear seats or will this include both front and rear?

I was waiting for someone to pull the trigger and be one of the first ones to try the replacement covers. Would you be able to post pics along with feedback once you get them installed?

Sure. They also ordered a kit to repair the "carpet" on the airbox under the dash that fell so I don't know how long it will be. They requested that I bring it back to do both at the same time.
I will point out that I have 19K miles on my truck and haven't had any issues with the seats other than a small amount of stretching where my wallet is in my rear pocket. I'd like to look at a '10 or '11 model to see if those seats are different.
