That sucks. I'm sure my dealer will want paid too once they figure out the flash exists. Thats just my luck

They are full of BS. Had mine done under warranty. Was with a dealership I did not purchase the vehicle from. Sorry, but can't scan my service invoice. But I paid $0.00. Took about 35 minutes.

I would rather walk in and shove a service reciept in their face showing that it is under warranty and then watch the river dance begin. I have look for the TSB online with all the information and cannot find, someone guide me or help, I really want to shove this down this girls throat (service advisor). Anybody say deep throat? If you know what I mean!

How many miles on your truck? Usually/normanly TSBs and such are NOT covered past 3/36.If under 3/36 its covered and I was told dealers have been told to do all updates under warranty with or without a complaint.Chrysler has told dealers to bend over backwards for there customers.

One year 3 months, 21000miles, yeah there bending, need some fire power.

I don't really know how this stuff works but if dodge is telling them that its not covered under warranty then what can they do? Unless they're just flat out lying of course.
