Have you moved your cars to high ground yet? Sally is on her way. It looks like she's going to be like in that insurance commercial where the couple says they love their new home but they have an "aunt" problem. The aunts come in and stay...and stay...and stay.

I remember the first time I went to Gulfport, there were still concrete pads where houses used to stand before Katrina. I'm hearing people are expecting a 6 to 10 foot storm surge near you.

Hey...back on topic here for a minute....I got my new electronic ignition kit yesterday. Dumb question....does it matter what position I mount the orange ignition box as far as vertical or horizontal?? Looks like I will have to mount it in a horizontal position to catch the existing firewall holes. (I am referring to the mount holes in the ignition box)

It doesn't care about orientation, so long as it is bolted/screwed to metal, (that's how it grounds....) it'll work just fine. (running a separate case ground for it wouldn't hurt either.)

I like to mount where there's air flow. Other than that, the box doesn't care. Like HeyYou said, be sure to ground it. I usually put a dab of dielectric grease under the case as well as a dedicated ground wire.

Looks like you got on the west (weak) side of Sally.
