I found my issue, I just haven't had time to follow up. I have NO wiring running to my low end pressure sensor. That's the problem for me. Anyone know how to wire it up, let me know.

download the fsm from the FAQ thread, it should have the wire diagram you need in it.

sounds like a blend door issue, check the actuator under the dash to make sure the blend door is moving when you change the temperature controls

I had the whole diverter ? thing done about 3 years ago ...dash ripped out etc.. 8 hr labor plus parts..hope this isn't going to be along this line... any pics ?
Does this sound the procedure ?
1.Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2.Remove the silencer from beneath the driverside end of the instrument panel.
3.Disconnect the HVAC wire harness connector for the mode actuator from the actuator connector receptacle.
4.Remove the two screws that secure the mode actuator to the distribution housing.
5.Remove the mode actuator from the distribution housing. NOTE: Be sure to hold the mode cam and all mode door links in place
Thanks..

Thanks for the advice.. I checked the shop manual and according to them "Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) for any problems it
detects in the blend door actuator circuits" According to the manual a DRBIII Scan tool is to be used for the diagnoisis I put my CarMD diagnostic tool on it and got no errors..other than my regular "small evap leak code".
Perhaps it's time to bring it in to have it checked unless there perhaps any more thoughts ?

Thanks Again !

Hey I'm new to the forum and have a question. 98 durango with 200k and 5.9 and just recently had the ac charged. After it was charged it was not cool AT all and the rear blow off valve on the ac discharged freon I'm assuming from them overfilling. Once the blow off valve is active do I need to replace the compressor? Can I just vacuum out the system and recharge? Also how do I check the blend doors? I have front and rear ac and the rear doesn't work at all. Doesn't blow any air, any suggestions? Thnkx
