Were not talking about making sense remember? Were talking about upgrading headlights on a truck that doesnt run.

Ya know it's kinda weird talking to someone in the past, since it's Wednesday here now and it's still Tuesday on the West Coast..

And gas/diesel is still expensive.

lol I couldn't tell whether you were being serious or just joking...

As far as emissions laws go, if any emission component falls off, you do NOT need to replace it. I.e., if the cat falls off no need to replace it with a cat legally... At least here in Iowa. But everything I wanna do to my truck is probably illegal anyways...

Today I have been working on cleaning and painting parts of the frame and suspension components in the engine bay area.

After having engine and trans rebuilt, I finaly get to put some miles on it. Drove it into work, 17 miles one way. Ran right on tempwise, Excellent oil pressure, cruises nice at 70 mph, but it still needs a tune. Definitely a good day!
