What Did You Do To Your 2ND GEN RAM Today?
Which codes are you getting (the exact P code)?
P0132, P0135, P0138, P0141.
All O2 heater system codes. Theyre saying the heater system is shorting out. Of all the diagrams ive ive looked at it, its sensor or pcm. Not sensor, so pcm. This is the 3rd front o2 ive put in and still getting them so it cant be a bad sensor.
edit: Im gonna be parting with my SCT also at somepoint, I am not screwing with the computer (flashing it) after this mess.

Already checked that, no loose pins there. Through dialetric grease in when I replaced the sensor on monday to no avail.
Otherwise I'd have to wonder about the PCM. Does your scantool do Chrysler specific codes? Like the P1? If it doesn't you may want to have a Chrysler Enhanced scan tool put on it to see if there are any P1 codes. If the PCM is bad it could set a P1 code indicating that.
Checked all of your grounds? Good ground to the engine block and to the frame?

My scan tools my SCT, but it is no better then the key trick. I had an innova scanner on it, no codes when I gave it back. Might need something a little more fancy to see. I am sure its the PCM. Thanks for the suggestion man, I will get it scanned with a higher end scanner.
Parts store
Jigs reminds me of the time I was at the parts store in the diesel, I needed something out of the center box and the door was locked but window down. I pulled the **** up and my alarm (horn goes off). It woke the guy up napping in the passenger seat of another truck.
Oh, missed my timing in OT thread...........510 miles on last fill of the diesel and this 97 Gasser last filled in March still with a half tank (35 gallon tank).
Diesel $3.89 per gallon this area K.
