I need to do mine soon... I have leftover material from doing the wife's Neon, which I'm hoping will just be enough to do the job.
If I didn't have the material, I'd be happy to pay that for the job to be done... cleaning the backer properly takes a bit of time (not to mention a bit messy).

I thought it was a good price too... about 10 years ago they did my brothers 97 regular cab, $195 if I remember right so 10 years later and only $55 more for the job not bad..

may ask them how much to do the new carpet for me, if a couple hundred for install I will have them do that also.. I have a really bad back and have not been looking forward to doing the job myself..
hopefully have interior complete by end of April

I replaced my smelly, junky old carpet w/ a rubber mat from a lower priced Laramie.
My son did my headliner, was going to replace it but got it back up looks good, had to add some extensions.

What have I been doing to my Ram? Daily driving it. A deer decided to jump out of the bushes to tell me "Nice car!", but got a little too close to the TDI......

I wish I would have been in the truck. Not because I don't like my truck, but because of where and how the deer was hit, the truck would barely have had a scratch.
