I know its a mix of the battery and iac but i cant afford neither at the moment. Not in any real rush either cause the ball joints and u joints are completely shot also. And driving the hemi is nice for a change. More power along with a working air conditioner is a big plus lol
i woke up to a cracked rubber fuel line on my 81 that was leaking and my dad already had the hood up working on getting the tools needed out to fix it. i was then thinking about about replacing all the steal lines but then i could not find the tubing bender i bought a while ago so i just left it for now.
Buffed about 1/4 of roof and installed new third brake light and new license tag lights. Going on about a 10 day work trip and don't want to give any silly "one horse town" local a reason to stop me.
picked up my truck from the transmission shop where i got 4.56 gears installed, put some gas in and broke a gas tank strap, just cant win. fix one thing something else goes.
Had engine rev twice like it was in neutral before it bang into gear. Also noticed key was a little difficlut to pull out. Checked linkage adjustment and moved about 1/32" and cured problem. All I had done was swapped VB, but appearently there was enough diffence in position of selector on VB to make a slight difference.
Tried to apply tint on rear window...that crap sticks to itself pretty good......gotta get another piece.....Maybe another pair of hands to help would make it easier!
