25, 26 in May. Mechanically inclined but not greatly experienced, but I try to do as much myself or with the help of experienced relative as possible.

I don't do "stock".

Indeed. That's the plan... but, I have to play 'catch up' on the other two vehicles before I can start doing serious work on the truck. Hopefully be able to do gears, and a rear locker this summer.

Hey me too! And as is the case with all of us, it all comes down to money. What gears/locker do you have planned?

I'm gonna go with 4.88's for sure, a Detroit out back, and I haven't decided what I'm gonna do yet up front diff wise. Probably just leave it open...

I am hoping for 4.56 gears, and an e-locker...... I only plan on going to 33's on my truck.... It's already hard enough for my S.O. to get in.

I want to tow with 35's, and be able to go bigger with tires if I want to make it a trail rig

I wanna do it myself, but I must admit it has me a little intimidated...

I have the advantage of both having done it before, (successfully, mind you...) and also having a bud that has lost count of the number of gear sets he has installed. (same guy whose shop I use.)

I don't really plan on going bigger than the 33's...... and yes, I do plan on off-roading as often as possible..... but, can't really go much higher, as my S.O. wouldn't be able to climb into the truck. I don't like hangin' stuff off the sides, as I tend to scrape them off in some of the places I go....... Maybe some rock sliders would be a good idea.
