Slip yoke eliminator on rear of case?

Do you have an over/underdrive unit between the trans and t-case, or are you running compound t-case??

Damn, but that DOES look good.

Yup. Factory setup for that tcase.

Yup. Doubler in front of that tcase.

Got them both all sealed up and installed. Only took 2 tries...

Got to love dual transfer cases!!! Truck is looking real good WK. Wish I was coming down next month but it will be next year. I really hope I can have my TJ running this year.
Keep the great pictures coming of your progress on the truck.

Thanks Bossss!!

I did hook up the E-brake yesterday. What a damn relief for a bolt on part... lol

I can't reuse the hard line that came on the rear axle is I knicked it with the grinder and made a hole on the rear side. No auto parts store has these direct replacements for the hardline, nor the rubber outers to the calipers with banjos on the end.

So it looks like I check with the dealer, but I did find on Rock Auto the outer portions and so would just need to create the hard lines to come to the junction block. frackin heck...

Looking good Nukle! That black box and t-case combo sure is long, I bet your driveshaft angles are ideal. I'm curious to see what you do with crossmember/mount set up. I've always wanted to fab up a stronger crossmember with more clearance to replace that stock one but damn my couch is comfortable, lol. Keep up the good work!

Forming up the hard lines is a pain in the buttttttt. But you can do it.

I don't have a very good e-brake on the Jeep. The disc brake setup is from the Ford Explorer and has a small drum like setup inside that is the e-brake. So one of these days I plan on getting the disc brake setup for the rear of my t-case. I like that idea better plus it will hold a lot better.
I wish I had the length in the Jeep to run dual cases.

You should have had the xmember done long time ago!!! I've got a concept in mind.

I found a place where they have a plethora of brake shiz that I can build out the whole line for well under $100....all SS braid + up to the banjo! It's near the driveshaft place...so it's going to be a 2fer on progress!!

The checklist --

Rear brake line on axle
Rear brake line feed
Rear shock mounts

Front brake lines, T junction
Grease locking hubs

Transfer Case
Done -> Mount BB to 241, RTV
Assemble shifters for 241 and BB

Front axle
Done -> Check alignment, position, toe-in, and steering wheel
Torque all fasteners
Done -> control arms -- 140 ft lbs
Done -> track bar -- 130 ft lbs
shocks
Determine Sway Link tab location
Determine shock reservoir mounting location

Steering
Done -> Torque all TREs --70 ft lbs
Done -> Install cotter pins
Done -> Torque pitman arm @ draglink -- 70 ft lbs
Done -> Torque pitman arm on gearbox -- 185 ft lbs

Add Tranny fluid!

Design crossmember

Diff fluid

ARB hookups

Breather tubes

Is that a new kind of air shock hanging down there??? Hehehe, I thought the 1350 joints I was using in my Jeep were big. What kind of heavy equipment does that joint go into?
