Wife took her car to get inspected in Taylor. FAIL! Had three items "Not Ready." Catalyst, O2 Sens, And EVAP. What a PITA! Her car has never had a MIL, no work done other thanstruts in the summer and new plugs in October, other than regular oil changes. Guy said drive it about 50 miles and ccome back. Drove 150 miles, and still had Catalyst and EVAP not ready. No sniffer (williamson County - adjacent to Travis). PITA!

I have to agree with this but will wait for the rest of the numbers. You need to be around 112-114 lsa no more than .465 for lift as well for a good grunt cam.

Seems wife's car (Sonata) has had issues in earlier models with the "Readiness" issue, and EPA allowed a varaince on some, but ended in 99. Looking for TSBs to seek help. Hyundai forums are crap.

I may go by and talk to shop manager. Seems he would work witha guy with 7 vehicles.....

Other option I may keep it registered in non emission testing county.

Biggest problem now is getting shop set up to resume working on 54. Afraid to get too many projects going at once, and now being single income household may slow some things down a little. But I may try it and if it doesn't work out, figgure out where to "register" the truck for the following years. Summer home kind of thing!

A gusstimate would be 20hp+ but add other mods and that number will go up. I forgot you are in Canada your looking at a $600 bill for all the intake stuff. I hope you have a good friendship with a dodge dealer parts guy, if you do that will help lot's!!!!!!

Your at 25 posts fill out your truck info please.
