But the rotor is still pointing the wrong way?

Ok, just for clarity.... #1 is drivers side, front cylinder.

You really need to plug in with a scanner that can read fuel sync.

LOL yup it is crazy, yes number one cylinder front left sitting in the van( or drivers side) , and the rotor is pointing 180 degrees from the notch, basically looking at the driver and it runs like this.

Does this look right in the pic, when I press on the gas this cable doesn't do anything, should it be moving also?

If I keep the revs up a bit and push on the gas it comes up right away, its only when its at idol that it sags before reving up

I think the cable your arrow is pointing at, is for the cruise control. (cable from the servo.)

Check voltage from the throttle position sensor. Should start out below 1 volt, and climb smoothly as you open the throttle. Analog meter is best for this test. The digital fellers don't react quick enough.

I did replace it, the crank sensor, and Idle Air Control Valve, should i check it anyway?
That test is done with the engine off and by pressing on the gas peddle slowly, is that right?

Im not sure if you know the ohm values for the MAP sensor but here they are incase, I was getting .7 on the two outer pins and 42.3 from the center pin to either side

Yeah, I would check it anyway. Make sure it is getting the proper 5 volt reference signal, then see what the numbers look like.

Do you have a scanner that can read live data?

I will take it to the garage and have it scanned, is there anything in particular to look for? Will they even do this for me and give me the readout?

How helpful they will be is pretty random.

As for what to look for..... good question. Anything that doesn't look quite right.

I did the test, I turned ignition on, you can see one black alligator clip next the the TPS plug i put on the motor maybe not the best ground, I probed the plug and got 2 voltage readings and a ground, one was 5.1 volts and the end pin was 5.2 volts, shouldn't I only get one voltage reading?
