Run the seafoam before you change the sensors. Having the exhaust nice and toasty will also make the sensor easier to remove. (if a bit more hazardous......)

But I already installed them without sea-foaming my truck, do you think I'll be fine just putting it through anyways?

You could pull 'em out while you run the seafoam. I don't think it will hurt 'em, but, it never hurts to err on the side of caution.

Started a thread to compile pictures of gasket condition. Maybe helpful as it would have been for me.

OK, Now that ive read and re read and searched this thread to death (and other write ups) I cant find a list of everything needed to do this job. Tax return time is coming up and after i pay off my new tires and steering everything i plan on finally doing this. My truck is no longer my main mode of transportation and has now become less of a money pit due to comuting on my bike (50MPGS!) so Ive started putting the money i would normally spend on gas into fixing the danm thing. so if anyone has a list of EVERYTHING you need to do this job (includiung tools, most of mine were stolen awhile back and I havent replaced them all yet). I would appriciate a shopping list (also a reason to buy more new toys... i mean tools).

Also, get a Haynes manual and download the 2001 FSM available on the 1st page in the FAQ/DIY section.

Thanks guys, I knew some one would see it eventually. Still cant decide if I want just the plate or if I'll go with the Airgap. Ive got about half a 5 gallon jug of super concentrated puperpower in the garage so if I end up reusing the keg I'll use that. Gonna need to get another torque wrench too (one of the stolen tools). Depending on how much tax I get back I be lazy and just have a shop do it. But it looks like something I could definately do given enough time.

Ok so I have read all of this thread. Have a 01 1500 5.9 4wd. I ran my camera into intake and do not have pooling of oil. Just replaced plugs and #8 was no different than other plugs. I don't have loss of power. Not using oil. What I do have is when truck gets warm and hits higher gears it acts like it is missing. If I put more gas to it it downshifts and doesn't give a problem. I have had a few instance when it would backfire through intake. Codes say a major vacuum leak or evap cannister or fuel cap. I bypassed the purge solenoid and loosened fuel cap and it stopped (bad for fuel mileage) I then reconnected purge and left fuel cap loose. Ran fine for a week. But now it has started again and repeating steps has done nothing. Any ideas on what to look for. Vacuum is strong and no leaks found. I did tighten fuel cap before reconnecting purge and it did it again. I was going to replace the fuel cap but now I don't see it as the problem.

It came with the Mopar gasket

Also, what code did you get roger_groom? Mine threw a P0441 for incorrect purge flow because i accedentaly broke the line that goes into the firewall on the ECU side underneath the harness, i repaired the lines and the code didnt show back up that i know of
