I'll stop there for now until other eyes inspect my work, I just kinda feel bad for cluttering up the forum, but I guess it is all contained in this thread, so....let me know guys, thanks.

Ok. New found issue. Take a close look at the planet thrust plate you sit that 800lb spring on. Look upside down to anyone else? Geez, how embarrasing...=P Ressembling and will report back. lol

Im confident this is the problem. All the math was adding up to dont put this back together until you get within measurements. Duly noted. That flange directly relates to the height of that hub.

Yep, well I'm reinstalling everything. Trust me, I'll post results. I was gonna try my old O/D hub, but the internal splines are jacked where it mates with the O/D sun gear shaft. So i'm gonna put it back together and remeasure. If it's still off, I'll try swapping my old steels back in. Maybe the new steels are too thick, hell I dunno....lol

Ok, so while I was measuring stuff, I checked my old steels on my O/D direct clutch pack, and the steels measure .0685, my new steels measure .0530. Maybe?

So after reading the transmission corner thread again...lol, I discovered J415 went through this same exact blunder. I knew I read something about it previously, but couldn't recall where. Page 18 transmission corner thread. So thanks guys, my stackup was too short in the drum. Old stack measured 1.000 new stack was only coming in at .9350. My bad for freakin over something I knew I already read about, and just forgot to take into account when putting it all back together. Will have new measurments soon.
