Well I installed the Dakota PCM and no change. Still no spark. I'mthinking that I got an incorrect PCM i'm gonna go back to the JY tomorrow and hopefully get a PCM and coil from a ram

Fixed the auto correct lol. Hopefully that's it. I'm tired of changing parts while i'm sick

Edit how much should the tach jump when I try to start the truck?

depends on if the engine is cold or not. when its cold mine goes to about 1500. when its warm it goes to around 1000

I meant before the motor starts. How much does the tach jump when only the starter is turning the motor

you said you had power at the injectors?do you have a ground pulse when you turn the engine over? if you don't have a noid light 'injector light' a simple way to check if the injector is firing is take a 194 bulb, marker light bulb bend the wires out. unplug a injector, push the two wires from the bulb into the plug and turn the engine over. see if the bulb flashes. a led test light works good for testing injectors and with a led test light you can see if you have a ground pulse at the coil. could save you time running to the junk yard.
