Ok I will check, do you guys have a pin out of the PCM? I could see if it is open or shorted

If it runs at all, its going to be an intermittent at best...... You can download a service manual for your truck from here.

Are you sure its getting a strong spark (bright blue/white)?

And are the sparks consistent without missing ? I would pull one plug at a time, hook it back to the plug wire, and watch them fire. Were all of your plugs black like your picture showed?

The spark looks strong, but it’s orange...does that matter?

It really should look blue/white. test your ignition coil and see if it's any good

Did you disconnect your battery and reset the pcm after you put new sensors in?

I would take the coil inside and let it cool down to room temp before you test it too

Ok, I bought a new coil, but I have rest the PCM about 20 times now, still no avail. I’ll try the new coil, but I’lo be intrigued if it actually fixed the P1391

i'm not thinking the coil would fix the code, but i'm wondering if you have more than one issue going on. I've heard bad cam/crank sensors can burn up a coil.

Could my distributor be bad? I picked up one from the junk yard, but I heard you have to do a fuel resync

Well, the code you are getting is for either cam, or crank sensor...... I think there is a different code for fuel sync, but, not 100% sure on that...... Wouldn't hurt to have it checked.
