I have a bunch of 14ga. primary wire left over from my air horn install, looks like its the same size...

http://www.rowand.net/shop/tech/wirecapacitychart.htm

Check the amperage draw on the fan, I would go with at least what that chart says or a size larger to be on the safe size.

You will not need anything!! There is enough wire in the kit for everything.

Red face one more question B4 install...

One more question. After I take the stock fan off, is their anything there to keep the pulley on? Do I have to put a nut in its place? Hopefully you can answer this soon, I want to do this today...

Nope, once the fan is removed from the water pump you can leave the bolt as it is. You don't have to put anything on it.

Wink One or two more ?? (Just wanna be sure :)

[quote=Blown287;2196105]Today the temp was 90 degrees and I drove approx. 40 miles of driving using both the highway and stop light traffic. I made several WOT runs at full boost and the engine temp never got above 180. One thing I noticed, it took the truck a little longer to warm up than normal.

Blown, is the engine temp the coolant temp? (I am monitoring with a data logger.)
Seems like setting still at idle it lets the temp climb pretty good, and its pretty cool outside tonight... But, I will say it feels like it moves a lot more air than the clutch fan. Blown, have you thought about fabbing up a shroud that will direct the air better like the stock shroud does? If I can, at some point I would like to get an extra shroud and cut it up for this. BTW, in order to get it to fit good on the 3.7 I had to cut the upper right corner out of the fan (left if sitting in the driver seat) to get it to fit up where I wanted it around the rad. hose. I ran the bolts up through the fan and screwed them into the existing square nuts and tightened extra nuts on top to secure them. Bottom is zipped until I can figure something else out.

One more question, I ran the temp sensor in through the front of the rad. until it stopped. it should not go completely through the radiator should it?
(I shoved it through the protective screen then into the radiator fins.)

Sorry for all the ??? but I am really att. to this truck!
