I solved your problem. Did some digging in their source and found the link. They need a better webmaster.

http://www.flashpaq.com/signup.phtml

After you sign up, they'll send a confirm code to ur email so you can login. Also, if you enter dodgeforum in the promo code area, they'll send you a free teeshirt

heres the latest...I successfully removed my hypertech program from my pcm, and returned it to stock. Went to install the SC tuner, and it went thru all the steps but at the end it said:

Vehicle File is Not Stock… Call Superchips! Use Code #E-43

But if I plug the hypertech back in, it says vehicle is in stock configuration......frustrating. Anyone else have this happen when switching from a different programmer to the SC?

Sometimes this happens when a previous tuner doesn't copy the stock file back correctly to your PCM. Call Superchips technical support on Monday at, 1.888.227.2447 and they'll try to help you.

i read on another forum that the new updates that are coming (trans management) might only be available for the cortex and the new 3865. in fact the cortex is already confirmed but the 3815 isnt bc of the lack of memory for it. i really hope this isnt true and wont happen bc the majority of us own the 3815...

I wouldn't believe the speculation. Ron will be along at some point to give us the straight scoop.

Yea I just got this email from superchips about their website;

Code:
The flashpaq.com site is no longer being used

Everything is done thru www.superchips.com

Updating your Tuner
Follow the steps below
 Go to www.Superchips.com
Click on Update Tuner then Download Software.
Let it install everything it asks you to.
When it is done it will comeback to the website
Close the website out
On your desktop find your Superchips EZ update icon.
 Double click on the icon.
When the log in screen comes up click on register and fill out completely then click on create account
Password must have 6 alphanumeric digits and 1 of the widgets above the numbers
You will receive a email validation that will allow you into the program to update

   Thanks, Rich Mckenzie
