Had the same problem, but between work and the hours that they are open I could never get a hold of anyone over cause they were closed when I got home from work. So I gave up on it and then like a month ago I tried it again and everything worked, I was shocked, well almost, I still had to creat a new user name and password and sign in through a different email account... Still haven't retuned anyhing yet so I guess I probably should... Maybe this weekend.

Whats up with the updater? I went to check for updates last night and it downloaded to new files at the login screen and then when I logged in it went through the usual check for updates and then says downloading file please wait.... That was at 8pm last night, this morning when I woke up it was saying the same thing Downloading File Please Wait....
I closed the program, uninstalled it, reinstalled it, tried it again, the same to files downloaded at the login screen and it still says Downloading File Please Wait.... and has been saying that for the last hour now!!! Any ideas as to whats going on here?

I wanted to update it today to since I am still running the software from back in 05' when I bought the programmer. I waited til they fixed that status error (reading stock after a tune was installed) and just got around to updating it this weekend.
I have V1.36 DB 273 050709 on it now.
I feel better knowing its not just my updater that is acting like that though.

If it doesn't work today, PM me and I'll get our software team to investigate.
