When I look up (rock auto) a 95 5.2 dakota, they show no pressure regulator, however when I look up the fuel pump assy for the same truck they show its included or part of the fuel pump assy in the tank.
BTW is that a wet or dry system you are installing? FWIW I prefer the wet system myself.

MY copy of the 1995 FSM, on page 14-8, at the start of the last section (section named "FUEL SYSTEM PRESSURE TEST—3.9L/5.2L ENGINE") has:
The vacuum assisted fuel pressure regulator located at the rear of the fuel rail is no longer used on the 3.9L or 5.2L engine.
Fuel systems on the 3.9L/5.2L engines are equipped with a fuel tank module mounted, combination fuel filter/fuel pressure regulator (Fig. 8). The fuel pressure regulator is a mechanical device that is not controlled by the powertrain control module (PCM) or engine vacuum.
