Drove 150 miles yesterday to pick up equipment..... today, puddle under the rear end. Not leaking bad, but, picked up a pinion seal while I was at the parts store picking up the seals I ordered for my tractor..... Should be fun.

alpiniste -- What's the kit you got there?

Just got back from a little family time on the beach. Roughly 330 miles each way. On the way down...head/cross wind 1st half down then some tail wind.

Held the cruise just under 70 and pulled off roughly over 11 mpg. No complaint with my aerodynamic brick. On way back up, pretty worse on the head winds and roughly over 10 mpg. Still no complaint as I did push it faster to get back...sometimes a bit bit faster.

Cruise control was fine...or was it. HVAC was doing the wild vents thing. I was lazy to check it when down at our destination. Welp, just a slight result of removing the sway bar and the going on a trail run 2 weeks before (shown in my other thread).

I love the old threads here on Wild Vents.

Looks like a larger assembly part to replace. Going to the Parts Manual...

Yeah, breather tube got yanked a bit too. lol

I have an 09 cc 4x4 hemi big horn with 3.55s. Magnaflow muffler and k&n drop in. Pulled my jay flight 22fb weighing in at 4300lbs dry, maybe 5,000 loaded at 70mph and was mid 9mpg. Slowed down to 62 was around 12.4mpg. So much better at towing than my club cab 4.7 dakota. The ram idles down the interstate and country roads like its not even back there. I do use a weight distribution hitch with equalizer bars. Looking forward to more and longer trips this camping season.

Default Anybody here who can help me?

Was wiring up some offroad lights today. When i was all finished my dome light, power mirrors and radio were not working. I blew my "IOD" fuse. I replaced the fuse with a new one. Everything now works. With exception to the fact that my dome light and cargo light stay on. The only way to get them off is to pull the damn fuse. Any suggestions?

Found why my exhaust leak has been getting worse. cracked welds on most of the tubes....

This is why I had told myself not to buy the cheap stainless steel ones off ebay. Been on the truck for ~7 months, ~2k miles.

Edit: Any recommendations for replacements? I'm trying to get the seller to give me a refund since there were also other issues; like 3 bolts on each side barely fit, and then can't be tightened because the 1/2" bolts bind against the tubes, so I had to buy hex key bolts, besides the fact the bolts included in the 'kit' were no-grade chinese crap that 2 broke off barely making them hand tight (socket on a screw driver tight). Another example of you get what you pay for.

^Pacesetter from Summit or Summit brand headers that are made by Pacesetter.

Cleaned the leaves off the cowl...tried to figure out why my one driving light is flickering...

Also, quick question...are all battery terminal clamps the same size? I need some new ones...lol

i think there is 2 sizes but the normal size ones can usually fit the larger terminals. just make sure you don't buy those stupid red and black painted terminals. they suck.
